My Five-Phase plan to catch Scarecrow is pure evil genius.
One: Creation. I will hire Professor Frink (The Simpsons) to create a machine that will bring characters of the page and screen to life.
Two: The Hunt. I will assemble a small team to find Schofield, including an Arnold T101 terminator, Lara Croft and Matlock.
Three: Distraction. When found, Schofield will be surrounded by the Muppets and Denver Broncos'; cheerleaders. He will be hopelessly distracted by laughter and lust.
Four: Capture and Return. Wolverine, Astroboy, Buffy, Jason Bourne and Boonie will then seize Schofield and force him into Kit (Knightrider). Kit will transport Schofield to a cell constructed by McGyver, who used a Paddle Pop stick, Liquid Nails, balloons and the Moon's gravitational pull to create an impenetrable fortress.
